Samsung Galaxy Note 7 explosives: the brand thanks its loyal fans in a commercial

A year ago, Samsung was experiencing series problems on its new flagship. The manufacturer wanted to thank the fans who responded this year.




For a brand, ensuring that its first fans are not disappointed is something important, it is often the most vocal users of its products. With the problems of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, the manufacturer has spoiled its brand image, and the image of the Galaxy Note range.

It took many excuses from the manufacturer, including a long-running television ad promising that the verification processes had changed, to regain sufficient trust and ensure good sales to the Samsung Galaxy S8.


On the eve of IFA 2017, the Samsung Galaxy Note problems will soon be a year old, and this event seems to have marked Samsung. The manufacturer today releases a new advertisement to thank the first fans of the Samsung Galaxy Note for their confidence.

                                                                 
This video was of course realized with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in mind. The new flagship will be marketed in the coming weeks at a record price of 1009 euros.
